All aspects of a contract of this nature can be logged and reported on, with the database recording priority times and producing reports and KPI results.
The database is bespoke to this industry, records every appointment and step taken and removes the need for paper based records. The database provides:
• Instant information on the status of any order
• Status and progression of pending tasks
• Ability to give instructions electronically
• Automatic updating when jobs are completed
Harnessing the power of the database, P&R has developed a handheld PDA computer system by which our engineers can receive and complete their work electronically and have this information sent immediately back to P&R’s office where this information is updated on our central database and replicated to the web site.
Working hand in glove with the database this system fully complies with all requirements of both CORGI and the HSE. In addition to the electronic CP12 facility the handheld units are also used for all maintenance calls providing huge benefits over the traditional paper based system.

In addition to a website where by our Client’s and residents can log in and request service visits or check the real time status of their work & view completed landlord gas safety certificates they can also access reports and graphs highlighting P&R’s performance in Key areas such as call out times, customer satisfaction, first fix rates and many many more.
Our integrated IT system also includes a satellite tracking system in all operatives’ vehicles enabling us to instantly locate all our engineers and also maintain a previous history of their movements. |
